All data provided to or collected by Voyaseek and its mobile application is controlled by TravelNow. 2. Google Account Login & Data Usage

  • When you sign in with your Google account, we only collect the necessary information to verify your identity, including your email address.
  • We do not access, store, or use your email content, contacts, calendar, or any other Google account data. Your email address is retained only as long as necessary to maintain your account or comply with legal obligations.
  • We use Google OAuth solely for login purposes, in full compliance with Google API Services User Data Policy requirements. We do not share your Google account data with any third parties, except as required by law.
  • You can manage or revoke this authorization at any time through your Google Security Settings.

Gmail Data Access and Use

When a user actively authorizes Voyaseek to connect to Gmail:

  • Data access and purpose: We read email addresses, senders, recipients, subjects, timestamps, conversations, body content, read status, and labels in real time only as needed to display email, support manual email sending and receiving, synchronize status, and support customer follow-up. Voyaseek is not used for cold email, email warm-up, or automated bulk sending without consent.
  • Data storage: Email body content is processed temporarily only when the user actively views or replies to an email, and is not persistently stored in the Voyaseek database. The system securely stores only the account identifiers and OAuth authorization credentials necessary to maintain the connection, and does not store Google account passwords.
  • Data use and sharing: We do not sell Google user data, use it for ad targeting, remarketing, or user profiling, or provide email data to advertisers, data brokers, or other unrelated third parties.
  • AI use: Gmail email body content and email data are not sent to third-party AI services and are not used to train, develop, or improve any general AI/ML models. Emails are viewed and replied to manually by authorized users.
  • Security and deletion: We protect data through encrypted transmission, access controls, multi-tenant isolation, and other measures. After a user disconnects a mailbox or revokes authorization, the system will stop access, delete or invalidate OAuth credentials, and clear related temporary caches.
  • Google compliance statement: Voyaseek's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. Collecting Personal Information

What personal data does Voyaseek hold about you and others?

Voyaseek collects and uses data that you provide directly to us in order to provide the services you request. If you contact our customer service team, contact us through social media, participate in referral programs or sweepstakes, provide feedback, or seek assistance regarding Voyaseek travel services, we may collect data such as your name and email information.

If you are traveling with other guests or booking on behalf of others, you may provide us with similar details. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have obtained the consent of others before providing their personal data and that they have agreed to share their personal data with Voyaseek for these purposes.

Voyaseek automatically collects some data about you, including log data collected through cookies, web beacons, or other channels, including channels placed by third-party business partners such as WhatsApp, PayPal, Airwallex, Google, Youtube, Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok.

  • Device or software data, such as IP address, software version, device identifier, and browser or mobile device configuration.
  • Data about what you search for or browse when using our services, including pages used, search terms, and other data browsed or provided through the mobile application.

  • Suppliers. These suppliers are not controlled by Voyaseek, and the personal data disclosed to them depends on the privacy policies and security measures of the relevant suppliers.
