Facebook Business Communications and Lead Management
We help customers use this system to centrally manage their Facebook-related business communications and customer leads. After a customer grants authorization, we may access necessary data such as their Facebook account, pages, advertising leads, messages, or interactions. This data is used to display customer sources, synchronize potential customer information, record communication content, assign follow-up owners, and help customers respond to and serve their own users more promptly.
Customers can view, filter, follow up on, and manage this data in the system to improve sales and customer service efficiency. We do not sell platform data to third parties, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to the services authorized by the customer.
